When you are a policyholder with Schaefer Insurance Services, we are committed to seeing that you are able to file any insurance claim as easily and quickly as possible.  That means that if you experience a loss, you may either report your claim to your own insurance company directly (if they allow) or you may feel free to contact us so that we may help in your time of need. By discussing your claim first with us, your agent can explain the claims process and may often offer suggestions to help expedite your claim.
