“I have been with Schaefer Insurance for about 10 years. I rarely write reviews, but I recently had my passenger side view mirror hit and damaged, and the dread of calling for a claim, that was not my fault, etc, and sick knowing my car only had 2,500 miles.
I called Raul, and explained, and he immediately put me at ease.I was able to get it fixed within 3 days, no hassle, no mess. Raul acted very professional, and understanding of how this upset me.
